1. Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") shall govern your purchase and/or use of any products and services offered by Trust Reserves (the "Services") on the online platform (the "Platform") available at www.trust-reserves.com.

By using the Trust Reserves Platform in any way, you acknowledge, represent and warrant that you have reviewed and accepted this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not use, access or register with the Platform.

2. Definitions and Interpretations

2.1 Key Definitions

• Client: Any legally responsible person who has registered for an Account via the Platform and has successfully met verification requirements.
• Account: A set of tools and information displayed for the Client on the Platform.
• Order: A request made via your Account to buy or engage in investment services.
• Digital Activation Code (DAC): An electronic code that activates Platform Subscription.
• Password: An alphanumeric sequence of at least eight characters that you use to access your Account.

3. User Eligibility

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the full right and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement
• You are not prohibited by law from using the Platform
• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate information and creating a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account information.

4.2 Account Security

• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your Account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account
• You must not share your password or Account access with others
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain confidentiality

5. Investment Risks and Disclaimers

• Investment returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate
• Market conditions can change rapidly, affecting asset values
• You may lose some or all of your investment
• Regulatory changes may impact your investments

You agree not to use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or illegal activities
• To transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To manipulate the platform or engage in fraudulent activities
• To circumvent security or access restrictions
• For money laundering or terrorist financing

• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• You must maintain accurate and up-to-date Account information
• You agree to pay any fees associated with your Account
• You must not engage in any form of market manipulation
• You assume all risks related to your use of the Platform

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, in our sole discretion.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
